Coin purchase is a donation to the Libertarian Party of PA as governed by state and federal law and non-refundable. Individuals may contribute an aggregate $10,000 per year to state, district, and local political parties. Minors and foreign nationals may not contribute. Each contribution requires a name, address, specific occupation, and employer.

Contribution Rules

  • I am a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I am not a federal contractor.
  • This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  • I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  • Contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
