Each entry to this contest is a donation to the Libertarian Party of Pennsyvania (LPPA) as governed by state and federal law. Individuals may contribute an aggregate $10,000 per year to state, district, and local political parties. Minors and foreign nationals may not contribute. Each contribution requires a name, address, specific occupation, and employer.

All submissions become the property of the LPPA and may be used by the LPPA in perpetuity without remuneration to the submitter. Contributions or gifts to the LPPA are not tax deductible and not refundable.
