Contest Rules

• Participants in this contest may suggest themes with a $25 donation below.
• Submit as many themes as possible within legal limits* on political contributions.
• The theme with the greatest dollar amount at the end of voting wins.
• The winner receives a limited edition LPPA 2023 Convention Challenge Coin
• Theme name submission ends on 8/24 at 23:59.

* Important:

Each entry to this contest is a donation to the Libertarian Party of PA as governed by state and federal law. Individuals may contribute an aggregate $10,000 per year to state, district, and local political parties. Minors and foreign nationals may not contribute. Each contribution requires a name, address, specific occupation, and employer.

All submissions become the property of the LPPA and may be used by the LPPA in perpetuity without remuneration to the submitter. Contributions or gifts to the LPPA are not tax deductible.

All suggestions will be reviewed by the LPPA Convention Committee for appropriateness and may be rejected for any reason. If a suggestion is rejected by the committee, it will be removed from consideration and the donor may request a refund.

Contribution Rules

• I am a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• I am at least 18 years old.
• I am not a federal contractor.
• This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
• I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  Contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
